Gr\u00f6\u00dftes MINT-Programm der Welt<\/h6>\n

Mit 26.000 Schulen in 57 L\u00e4ndern und auf sechs Kontinenten ist es das gr\u00f6\u00dfte schulbasierte MINT-Programm der Welt. STEM Racing verbindet Motorsport, Technikbegeisterung und Nachhaltigkeit auf einzigartige Weise. Der Wettbewerb schafft ein Bewusstsein f\u00fcr umweltfreundliche Innovationen und f\u00f6rdert die n\u00e4chste Generation von Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren, die den Wandel hin zu einer klimafreundlichen Mobilit\u00e4t aktiv mitgestalten werden \u2013 ein Vorbild f\u00fcr nachhaltige Nachwuchsf\u00f6rderung im deutschen Motorsport.<\/p>\n

Konzept und Ablauf<\/h6>\n

Die Teams entwickeln, fertigen und testen Miniatur-Rennwagen, die von Gaspatronen angetrieben werden und auf einer 20 Meter langen Strecke gegeneinander antreten. Neben der Geschwindigkeit der Fahrzeuge z\u00e4hlen Konstruktion, Fertigung, Teamarbeit, Businessplan und Pr\u00e4sentation zur Gesamtwertung. Die besten Teams qualifizieren sich \u00fcber Regional- und Landesmeisterschaften f\u00fcr die Deutsche Meisterschaft und k\u00f6nnen sich f\u00fcr das Weltfinale qualifizieren, das zuletzt zweimal in Folge von deutschen Teams gewonnen wurde. Beim Finale der Saison 2024 im Rahmen des Formel-1-Grand-Prix in Saudi-Arabien sorgten Teams aus Friedrichshafen und Hamburg sogar erstmals f\u00fcr einen deutschen Doppelsieg.<\/p>\n

Nachhaltigkeit im Mittelpunkt<\/h6>\n

STEM Racing nutzt die Begeisterung f\u00fcr Motorsport, um jungen Menschen praxisnahe Einblicke in nachhaltige Produktentwicklung und ressourcenschonende Fertigung zu geben. Workshops und Kooperationen mit Hochschulen und Unternehmen vermitteln Wissen zu modernen Fertigungsverfahren wie 3D-Druck und Str\u00f6mungsanalyse, wobei effiziente Materialnutzung und Energieeinsparung im Fokus stehen.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rderung von Umwelt- und Klimaschutz<\/h6>\n

Die Teams werden ermutigt, nachhaltige Materialien und Prozesse zu nutzen, etwa beim Design und der Herstellung der Rennwagen. Viele Veranstaltungen setzen auf digitale Einreichungen und papierlose Abl\u00e4ufe, um Ressourcen zu schonen. Die Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsthemen in die Bewertungskriterien f\u00f6rdert das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Umweltschutz und nachhaltige Innovation bei den Teilnehmenden.<\/p>\n

Vorbildfunktion f\u00fcr die Mobilit\u00e4t der Zukunft<\/h6>\n

STEM Racing inspiriert Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler, sich mit den Herausforderungen nachhaltiger Mobilit\u00e4t auseinanderzusetzen und eigene L\u00f6sungen zu entwickeln. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Industriepartnern und Hochschulen werden aktuelle Trends wie Elektromobilit\u00e4t, Leichtbau und Kreislaufwirtschaft praxisnah vermittelt.<\/p>\n

STEM Racing Germany<\/h6>\n

In Deutschland ist STEM Racing fest in der Bildungslandschaft verankert: Zahlreiche Schulen, Hochschulen und Unternehmen unterst\u00fctzen den Wettbewerb und bieten Workshops, Mentoring und technische Ausstattung an. Der Wettbewerb f\u00f6rdert Teamgeist, Kreativit\u00e4t, Diversit\u00e4t und Chancengleichheit \u2013 zentrale Werte f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Gesellschaft.
